On 2013 a clasic is coming back: Sim City

The game that set a before and after the construction of cities back in 1989, will return next year and bring an online multiplayer mode.

The EA Maxis senior vice president, head of some of the most important company like The Sims, The Sims 2, The Sims Online, Spore, Sim City 4 among others, brings a new version of the classic game in which we put in the shoes of a mayor and build our city as we want.

Lucy Bradshaw says that this new version of Sim City may be used by any player alike, experts who have gone through the previous sagas or novices who just grab games of this style. On the other hand says that this version is the most real of all PC becoming over the course of 2013.

The next installment of the game was presented at GDC 2012 that is being developed in San Francisco, which could see a small demonstration where they were different problems that users will have to overcome, as the environmental impact of buildings, changes climate decisions when choosing the type of energy to use and fun classics and natural disasters.

The new Sim City will bring a whole new look for the franchise, online multiplayer mode. In it, users can play with their friends who will own and neighboring cities will be competition between that city is better, which city is greener or more dirty, the strongest, best city to live and more money.

"We invented the genre and we are far ahead of any city-building game that has ever seen," said Lucy Bradshaw.

Until some time ago the city-building franchise best known was not to worry because it was one of the only in that type of game, its competitors did not reach to the heels. The big problem came with the rise of Zynga's CityVille which acquired a large following with the bonus of it being a social game for many became almost addictive.
